The study is to support the work in SRD/MG, investigating both how wider adoption amongst CEPT member states, for the 1492-1518 MHz band, can be achieved and whether the tuning range can be widened to additionally cover the 1518-1525 MHz bands. Relevant information given in the ECC Reports 121 and 147 should be taken into account.

The work is to be done in close co-operation with SE24 and SE40.
