Comments Consider the MBR links for ships and fixed installations engaged in off-shore activities operating in the upper part of the 5 GHz range. The described broadband communication system is a maritime system intended for off-shore activities only and is not intending to provide any communication between offshore stations and land based stations

MBR characteristics to extract from system reference document ETSI TR 103 109.

Studies should consider co-channel and adjacent channel.
