CEPT Report 61 in response to the EC Mandate on video PMSE in the 2.7-2.9 GHz band was approved by ECC#42 in June 2016 for publication and sending it to the EC.
The band is also included in the update of ERC/REC 25-10.
WG FM#85 in May 2016 had concluded that a stable situation with regard to a possible EU wide harmonisation measure would be required before a Work Item on cross-border coordination could be proposed to the ECC.
The ECC endorsed this way forward as proposed by WG FM. The ECC SG also had the view that it would be more appropriate to develop a new regulation (ECC Recommendation) instead of revising ECC Recommendation (02)09.
WG FM#86 in October 2016 approved work item FM51_09 which will consider ECC Recommendation (02)09.Therefore this work item is closed.
