Scope

a) to reconsider after the 6th Update changes to the format in the Annexes in ERC Recommendation 70-03 to bring the technical annex of the EC Decision and ERC Recommendation 70-03 close together or make as identical as possible, and b) to continue to work with ETSI on additional parameters (channelling and/or channel access and occupation rules), as outlined in section 5.11 of the draft CEPT Report 59, as a precondition for a future withdrawal of the existing related other usage restrictions;
