This work item should also assess how to maintain flexibility taking into account national availability and timescale..

Gathering information on the relevant timing for the harmonisation of these frequency bands and on their availability for MFCN will be helpful for the finalisation of the Decision. 

This activity will be based on the results of the technical studies as included in ECC Reports.

This work should make the most benefit of the existing harmonisation for the band 1452 - 1492 MHz.
