Scope

Comments The work is to be done in close cooperation with SE19.
The potential aggregate effect of diverse GSO/NGSO earth stations on FS stations in the band 14-14.5 GHz and on RAS in the 14.47 – 14.5 GHz needs to be taken into account.
The protection of aircraft referenced in ECC Report 66 should also be addressed.
