Frame structures to facilitate TDD cross-border coordination in the frequency band 3400-3800 MHz

To define a limited set of frame structures to facilitate cross-border coordination in 3400-3800 MHz not limiting the flexibility for administrations.

The existing ECC Recommendation (15)01 (Annex 5) highlights the issue of providing coverage in border areas, while also avoiding interference to TDD mobile networks across borders.
