The aim of the new ECC Recommendation is to provide a common measurement method that two or more CEPT administrations can agree to use, to ensure the field strength measurements recorded in a border region can be easily compared.
FM22 will consider possible links with ECC/REC/(12)03 and ERC/REC 74-02.
