Scope
|
Development of an ECC Report on regulatory
framework for use of PLB AIS equipment within CEPT administrations, that
summarizes how administrations have licensed or made other arrangements for the
use of PLB AIS equipment to date and how they foresee to do this in the future.
Based on this, provide possible solutions on how to harmonise the regulatory
framework for use of PLB AIS equipment within CEPT administrations should then
be outlined.
