This report aims to address the above mentioned challenges by providing a comprehensive framework for assessing MFCN 5G coverage and performance for aerial UE operations. Its objectives would include:

§  outlining a detailed methodology for assessing network performance and coverage, with a focus on aerial UE-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI);

§  differentiating between IDLE coverage (network availability) and CONNECTED coverage (network performance) to align with aerial UE operational requirements.
