Taking into account the outcome of the work done in SE40_49, and the results of the work done by ECC PT1 and CPG PTC related to the preparation for AI 1.13 of WRC-27 develop CEPT Reports in response to Tasks 1 and 2 of the EC Mandate “to study feasibility of and develop least restrictive harmonised technical conditions for the use of EU-harmonised frequency bands for terrestrial wireless systems providing electronic communications services by satellite systems providing direct-to-device-IMT connectivity”.
The relevant users in the context of Task 2 are to be determined.
