Results of Task 3 of the EC Mandate on the upper 6 GHz band (CEPT Report C) shall be taken into account.

Once this Work Item is completed, consideration should be given to the possible non-prioritised use by WAS/RLAN in areas where MFCN coverage is unavailable or not expected to be deployed (e.g., a large factory in a rural area).
