Comments

The work shall take into account ERC/REC 25-10 and the conclusions in ECC Report 372, which identified the need for stronger harmonisation for audio PMSE. It also identified the band 1350-1400 MHz as most suitable band outside the band 470-694 MHz.

The harmonisation measure shall allow that individual licences may be required, and take into account the Fixed Service and the military systems in 1350-1400 MHz.
