Rev. ECC Recommendation Modification of PCI codes in Recommendation T/R 25-08 of 15 January 1990 on “Planning criteria and cross-border coordination of frequencies for land mobile systems in the range 29.7-470 MHz” to avoid the 4 country case and inclusion of preferential PCIs of NR.

Rev. ECC Decision Revision of ECC/DEC/(19)02 on PMR/PAMR and ECC/DEC/(16)02 on BB-PPDR, including their extension to 5G/NR

Enable non-AAS 5G/NR in ECC/DEC/(19)02 and ECC/DEC/(16)02.

Align and simplify as appropriate the technical conditions in the two ECC Decisions and take into account the results of the questionnaire on civil PMR/PAMR below 230 MHz.

There is no direct adjacent application nor service, so WG SE is asked to check the PMR446 ecosystem as a whole, ensure a proper coexistence between PMR446 users.

Once the technical studies from WG SE are completed, WG FM will evaluate advantages and disadvantages of updating ECC Decision (15)05.

WG FM #109 Porto February 2025 assigned this work item to FM62 on the creation of that new project team.  The work item identity was changed from FM_60 to FM62_03.
